CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT POLICY

 

Order Cancellation 

  • To cancel your order, send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 days.
  • Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window may not be accepted if the order has been sent to our manufacturer for processing and shipment.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to your cancellation request.
  • If you receive a canceled order, contact us and return the parcel for a full refund.

Order Replacement

  • Similar to our Order Cancellation Policy, Exchange Orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement
  • Please contact us via email for urgent assistance.
