Shipping Service

  • 7-14 business days. (The U.S. only)
  • 14-28 business days. (The International)

Delivery Partner

TerraBell Designs uses USPS Service to deliver ordered items to customers.

Please note:

  • All items are made-to-order, and we embroider each item individually for the best quality.
  • Orders are processed upon payment acceptance and on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding observed holidays by the Post Office).
  • Once your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email, and it takes 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
  • If your order needs customization, the production time can be longer depending on the complexity of the request.
  • Please ensure to provide the correct delivery address to avoid delays, and in case of incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you for an update.
