RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/return.
- We allow returns/exchanges for our errors only. (*Photos will be requested to verify errors and the item will be replaced)
- Each product is made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications, such as color, personalization, etc. Due to the high level of customization, returns are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding!
We accept refund requests when:
- Lost orders, and missing items due to our failed service delivery.
- We missed customers’ order cancellation and/or exchange requests within a 24-hour timeframe after the order was placed.
- The product variant, appearance, and/or quality are not as described on the product page.
- The product is faded, damaged, and/or missing pieces.
We do not accept return/refund requests when:
- Lost orders due to customer address misrepresentation.
- Undamaged item but customers simply change their minds.
- The product is damaged, caused by the customer.
- Full refund for cancellation within 24 hours before design proofs are sent.
- Partial refund for requests made after design proofs is sent ($5-$15 per design, depending on the complexity).
Please provide below information to us to process your request:
- Provide a digital or physical receipt or reply to one of our order notification emails to process your request. (*email:[email protected])
- Provide the reason for the return/refund request.
- Wait for confirmation of eligibility before returning item(s). (*Saturday and Sunday are not counted)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Allow up to 7 days for shipment and inspection.
